Our Delivery Promises

We have two core promises when you buy from us:

1. We promise to despatch your brewer, tea and coffee products to you the next working day, by courier.
2. We promise to have your products delivered in perfect condition.
3. Spend over £60 on any order and Next Working Day delivery is FREE otherwise its £6.60 for postage. But please check you qualify!

From time to time the world contrives to thwart us in our efforts to keep our promises. It's at those times that we will step up and do everything we can to put things right. If you either don't recieve your shipment in time, or it is incorrect, or damaged when it arrives, please let us know by calling 01789 491800.

If you order before noon (11.59 AM) your purchases will be with you the next working day. Orders taken in an afternoon or evening will be with you within 2 working days. Orders taken from noon on Friday (12.00 PM) through to noon on Monday will be delivered to you on Tuesday. Please note that public holidays are not working days for us. We publish an automated, anticipated delivery date on every product page, and within your basket. Whilst these dates are correct 95% of the time, they should not be relied on solely, as Bank Holidays, Easter holidays and other changes to working weeks may effect them. If you wish to be absolutely sure of your delivery date, please call 01789 491800 or email us.

IMPORTANT: All your purchases will arrive requiring a signature. If there will be nobody at home to sign for your order, then please use our alternative delivery address option so that we can send it to you at work or an alternative address where someone can take your order for you. If you are not there when our courier calls, they will let you know by posting a card through and try to re-deliver the following day.

Christmas 2019 Opening Hours

We will be operating a minimal order processing service from Tuesday 23rd December 2019 until Thursday 2nd January 2020. Orders will still be accepted during this period, however our normal delivery service WILL NOT be in operation. Any orders received throughout this period are likely to be processed on January 2nd and delivered on January 3rd, 4th or 6th.

Although our website holds a lot of information about our products, there may always be that question you wish to ask. We are a bricks and mortar company, as well as having our website, so between office hours of 8-30am to 5-00pm we are available to answer any queries you may have about buying, our product range, or simply wishing or order by phone.
